Teaching & Learning with Technology Summit

To present: We are looking for educators willing to share their classroom practices and ways that technology is changing learning for their students. Presentations can be 1-hour sessions or 2-hour workshops. Please consider hands-on activities and engagement within your session. 

To attend: The online registration system will open in mid-December. You can also register using a paper, mail-in form. The cost is $50 (free to presenters) and includes light breakfast, box lunch, and afternoon snack. You will be able to pay by credit card, purchase order, or personal check. Act 48 credit is available through the Intermediate Units and instructions will be provided during registration at the event.

Directions: If you have a GPS unit in your car or on your phone, please use this address: 621 Taylor Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015. If you would like to map out your route, please use this link to Lehigh’s official directions/maps web page.

Parking: You will park at the Zoellner Parking Garage, located to the east of Rauch (420 E. Packer Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18015). An attendant will be present between 8:00 and 9:30 am. Please let them know that you are attending the Summit and they will open the gate for you. If you arrive prior to 8:00 or after 9:30, you will need to pay the fee to enter the garage, so please be mindful of timing.

Rauch Business Center: You will follow the “Summit Registration” signs from the parking garage to Rauch.

Checking in: The registration will be located at Rauch’s Perella Auditorium entrance starting at 8:00. Please stop to pick up your name tag and sign-in for Act 48 credit (if needed). We will have volunteers available to help direct you to your session and restrooms.

Technology: We recommend that you bring your laptop, phone and/or tablet (and charger, if needed). Lehigh has a guest wifi account that you will be able to join once on campus.

Food & refreshments: We will offer a continental breakfast that will include an assortment of bagels with butter, cream cheese and assorted preserves as well as freshly brewed coffee and teas. Breakfast will be available at the registration table. Our lunch menu consists of a selection of wraps with chips, fresh fruit assorted beverages, and a dessert. There will be an afternoon refreshment service.
