Overview

Lehigh's Center for Promoting Research to Practice hosts an annual Autism Workshop each spring semester. The 2020 workshop was cancelled during to COVID-19. For those who have already made payment we are in the process of refunding your registration fee.

The Center for Promoting Research to Practice at Lehigh University has a mission to generate knowledge that will truly impact the lives of individuals with or at risk for disabilities. They partner with schools, parents, families, and community service providers to enhance the use of best practices for individuals with or at risk for disabilities.

As part of their on-going efforts through the Autism Services Clinic, they offer these annual workshops that provide the best research to practice in the area of autism spectrum disorders.  These events are open to the public.

Previous topics

Past topics have included Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Teaching Social Skills to Individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and Assessing and Treating Anxiety and Related Problem Behaviors & Autism Spectrum Disorder.
