Student Parking, Mountaintop Campus
Information for new and current students of the College of Education:

Parking permits are required at all times on the Mountaintop, Goodman, and Asa Packer campuses.

Lehigh meters must be paid while in use from 6:00 am – 12:00 midnight, every day.

Student parking in faculty/staff spaces or at brown meters is not permitted Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, with or without a permit.

Student parking is not permitted in visitor parking areas at any time with or without a permit. These spaces are strictly for visitors.
A 2013-2014 student off-campus commuter permit is available for $70 per year or $40 per semester. The permit is valid:

In the student commuter parking lot located on the Mountaintop campus at all times.

In unreserved faculty/staff spaces Monday through Friday 4:00 pm – 6:00 am and on weekends (on the Mountaintop and Asa Packer campuses).
To obtain a permit, you must:

Register on line: go.lehigh.edu/parking. You must use your Portal ID and password to purchase a permit. Here is the information on Lehigh Transporation and Parking Services website specific to graduate students:
If you do not want to purchase a permit, the following options are available:

Park in the Zoellner garage at $3/entry or park at a gold meter (maximum time is 18 hours) at $1/hour, and take the bus to the Mountaintop campus.

After 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and on weekends, park at and pay the brown meters located in the courtyard at $1/hour.
