Dr. Joseph P. Masgai

Adjunct Professor

Dr. Joseph Masgai has been an educator and instructional leader for the past twenty-eight years.  The last twenty years of his career have been in service to the Pennsbury School District located in Bucks County, PA.  Dr. Masgai possesses a K - 12 educational perspective based upon his experiences as a middle and high school English teacher and as an elementary principal.  He is the proud principal of Afton Elementary School, a State and National School of Character, and has served as principal for the past ten years.  As an adjunct professor in the graduate Education Department, Dr. Masgai teaches EDL 467: Supervision and Staff Development and EDL 420: Data-based Decision Making.
