Keynote Speaker

Julie B. Fogt, Ed.D., is the director of Centennial School and also serves as an affiliated professor in the COE where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology, educational leadership and special education.

Dr. Fogt has extensive experience developing effective positive school-wide, class-wide and individual supports to assist children and adolescents with behavior disorders.
