Academic Programs

Dr. Sepulveda is an assistant professor and counseling psychologist. His areas of scholarship include: the
examination of ethnic-racial identity development, purpose, and positive youth outcomes; creation and evaluation of ethnic racial identity interventions within academic settings; and examination of the effects of ERI development across academic and professional settings. He completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Boston College and his APPIC-accredited internship at Jacobi Medical Center. He serves on the editorial board for The Counseling Psychologist (2024-26) and the Journal of Latinx Psychology (2025-27).
