School Psychology student, Laura Wallace Obtains Highly Competitive Grant Funds from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Head Start

School Psychology student, Laura Wallace, was successful in obtaining funding through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Head Start Research Award.

Titled, "Addressing the Needs of Infants and Toddlers Exposed to Maltreatment: Examining the Impact of an Integrated Early Head Start & Children and Youth Services Program", this two-year grant will enable Laura to expand her dissertation research to apply findings in policy and program development for the Valley's SafeStart program.

Laura is the 4th School Psychology doctoral student to receive this highly-competitive award - an expressive of the high regard for our program.
