Dr. Sara Heintzelman Wins PAECT Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award

Dr. Sara Heintzelman, Technology Integration Specialist at Centennial School, won the 2018 PAECT Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award.
Dr. Heintzelman is a graduate of Lehigh's Teaching, Learning, and Technology program and earned her Master's degree in Instructional Technology in 2011. She recently graduated the University of Kentucky with a PhD in Educational Sciences.
This award recognizes and honors a teacher who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and achievement in implementing technology to improve education.
Dr. Heintzelman moved from being a lead teacher at Centennial School to the Technology Integration Specialist this year. She is chair of the PAECT Professional Development Committee, a statewide school technology organization and ISTE affiliate.
