With over 14 years of experience in education, Jennifer Levernier knows what it takes to lead a school. Currently serving as the principal of the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts in Bethlehem, Jennifer is passionate about school climate, educator well-being, and creating supportive learning environments.

But her work doesn't stop at the school doors. Jennifer is also a wife, a mom, a writer, and the creator of Shattering the Glass Ceiling LLC, a platform dedicated to leadership, mindfulness, and personal growth in education. When it came to choosing a doctoral program, she needed an institution that valued her as a whole person.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Erica Silver has spent years shaping the region’s cultural landscape through music education. From directing choral programs and middle school musicals at Springhouse Middle School to leading the youngest performing group in the prestigious Bach Choir of Bethlehem, Silver's dedication to her students has always been clear.

When she decided to return to school, she sought an institution that could match her drive while understanding her roots. Silver chose Lehigh because she wanted a university "big enough to challenge me and small enough to support me," featuring a robust in-person format. However, her trajectory changed entirely once she arrived.
