Academic Programs
Julie B. Fogt, Ed.D., is the director of Centennial School of Lehigh University, an Approved Private School located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She also serves as an affiliated professor at Lehigh University where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology, educational leadership, and special education. Additionally, Dr. Fogt is the President and Senior Consultant of EduVision Solutions, LLC, where she specializes in providing consultation to school districts, charter schools, and private institutions on a range of topics including program development, program evaluation, teacher training, family-school partnerships, evidence-based practices, and strategies to enhance student outcomes.
In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Dr. Fogt holds an assistant superintendent’s letter of eligibility, as well as principal, supervisor of pupil personnel services, school psychologist, and elementary education certifications.
Dr. Fogt has extensive experience developing effective positive school-wide, class-wide and individual supports to assist children and adolescents with behavior disorders. Her research interests and publications focus on practical solutions to challenges in education including school-wide positive behavior supports, teacher training models, school climate, immersive learning, family-school collaboration, physical restraint practices with children with emotional disturbance, and autism eligibility.
Dr. Fogt’s contributions have been recognized with honors such as Lehigh University School Study Council’s Excellence in Educational Leadership award and Lehigh University’s Tradition of Excellence Award.
