Pan Awarded NSF Grant to Improve STEM Teaching

Zilong Pan has received a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to support his project titled, "Synthesizing Specific Active Learning Strategies in Undergraduate STEM Education Research." This project aims to identify and analyze specific tactics within active learning strategies across student populations, institutional contexts, and STEM disciplines. This funded research will provide a framework and practical guidance to improve undergraduate STEM teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes, and will span the next two years.
