Lehigh Education Master's Degrees

We grant a wide variety of master's degrees across disciplines.  Our graduates receive training to develop advanced skills within a specialized body of theoretical and applied knowledge; higher order skills in analysis, critical evaluation and professional application; and the ability to solve complex problems and think rigorously and independently.

Five-Year Bachelor's plus Master's & PA Teacher Certification

Lehigh University undergraduate students can earn their Bachelor's and Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Elementary Education or Secondary Education plus Pennsylvania Teacher Certification in 5 years. 

Master's (M.Ed.) Behavior Analysis

The Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Behavior Analysis is designed for the college graduate who is interested in pursuing advanced studies in behavior analysis.

Master's (M.Ed.) Counseling and Human Services

Graduates work as counselors in community organizations and governmental agencies, as well as at hospitals. Some graduates have gone on to pursue doctoral studies.

Master's (M.Ed.) Educational Leadership

Graduates work as PK-12 school leaders and college/university administrators.

Master's (M.Ed.) Educational Leadership & Principal Certification (Hybrid)

Graduates work as PK-12 school leaders and college and university administrators, nationally and internationally.

M.Ed. in Educational Leadership – Urban Principals Academy@Lehigh (U*PAL)

Graduates work as PK-12 school leaders and college/university administrators in urban environments.

Master's (M.Ed.) Elementary Education & PA State PreK-4 Certification

Graduates work as kindergarten and elementary school teachers in Pennsylvania and beyond.

Master's (M.S.) Instructional Technology

Graduates work in both education and business/industry as instructional designers, instructional technologists, manager of training and instructional designers, teacher trainers, and MakerSpace managers.

Master's (M.Ed.) International School Counseling + PA State Certification (Hybrid)

Graduates work as school counselors, college counselors, teachers and principals/heads of school in international settings.

Master's (M.Ed.) School Counseling + PA State Certification

Graduates go on to counseling positions in elementary, middle and secondary schools, and mental health and social service agencies.
