Lehigh University Autism Services is sponsoring a webinar as part of their Community Learning Series titled, The Future is Bright: Exceptional Employers, Real Opportunities for Neurodiverse Individuals on May 29 from noon to 1 p.m.
 
Neurodiverse adults face disproportionately high rates of unemployment and underemployment—but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Join Pam Kattouf and Ernie Dianastasis for a deep dive into strategies that actually work. Drawing from years of professional and practical success, they will discuss their strategies to bridgie the gap between neurodiverse potential and professional opportunity.
 
Pam Kattouf and Pat Miller started the Beloved Bath Charitable Foundation to fill a tremendous need within the autism community. The women co-founded Beloved Bath, a candle and bath product company whose mission is meaningful employment for people with autism.
 
Ernie Dianastasis is founder and CEO of The Precisionists, Inc., a global administrative services and information technology company focused on employing over 10,000 neurodiverse people over the next 5-10 years.
