A recent selfie by Dr. Allison Zengilowski and her class. Zengilowski is teaching the COE'S first course designed for undergraduate students—Applied Learning Sciences. The course is part of a Learning Sciences minor that the COE hopes to have approved later this year.

In 2019, Sam Keller earned an undergraduate bachelor's degree in marketing. “And I didn't really have an idea of what I even wanted to do,” she said. Going to work, 9 to 5, is what she thought life was. “You wake up, you go to work, you pay your bills, and that's about it.”

George Harmanos '73G is no stranger to the call of service. For more than four decades, he has dedicated his life to teaching, guiding young minds, and, after his retirement, taking on a new mission: helping the homeless in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. His long career in education and deep commitment to those in need provide a shining example of service and leadership.

Jennifer Lauriello oversees clinical operations for Lehigh University Autism Services (LUAS) and provides supervision for the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who work directly with clients.
Working at LUAS and enrolling in the COE’s Special Education doctoral program have allowed Lauriello to grow her clinical skill set, while developing and implementing interventions in a clinical setting. Her position also allows her to teach future clinicians and LUAS staff to incorporate naturalistic interventions with clients.

Aimee Adams is a familiar face to many in the COE. She’s been teaching courses as an adjunct in the Counseling Psychology program since 2010. This year, Adams joined the COE faculty as a full-time, visiting assistant professor. In her new role, she serves as clinical coordinator and academic advisor for the new master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. In addition to teaching courses for the online master's degree, Adams teaches on-campus courses in the COE’s Counseling Psychology program.
