When Maria Kannebecker first arrived at Lehigh, her eyes were set on engineering and design. However, it didn't take long for her to realize that her real calling was in the classroom. Today, she is in her last semester of graduate study at Lehigh’s College of Education (COE), combining her love for mathematics with a mission to make the subject feel accessible to everyone.

The College of Education (COE) has announced the addition of two new faculty members this fall, expanding its programs in counseling psychology and special education. Nuutari Grenier joins the faculty as a Teaching Assistant Professor in Counseling Psychology, while Emily Mauer will serve as an Assistant Professor in Special Education.
