Jennifer Croner, M.S.Ed., BCBA, LBS
Jen received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Colgate University in 2007 and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University in 2011. Jen became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015, and became a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania in 2018. Before coming to Lehigh University Autism Services, Jen was the Director of Clinical Services and Professional Development at Exceptional Learning, working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. Previously Jen worked as a Behavior Analyst at ReMed Recovery Care Centers, working with adults with traumatic brain injury. Jen also worked at Melmark, an approved private school in Berwyn, PA. During her time at Melmark Jen began as a direct care staff working residentially with children, and eventually moved into the Research and Training Coordinator role. Jen has also served as an Adjunct Instructor within the Applied Behavior Analysis program at Temple University for several semesters. Jen’s interests lie in effective supervision practices, effective teaching strategies, ongoing professional development and training, and applied research.
