Dr. Esther R. Lindström
Dr. Lindström's research focuses on examining and improving instructional practices for students with disabilities, supporting special educators in providing research-based reading instruction, and using assessments to systematically identify student needs and individualize instruction.
Dr. Lindström is currently accepting PhD students for the Fall 2023 semester, with opportunities for tuition and stipend. Current projects examine reading instruction for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, combined academic and behavior interventions, and other supports for developing readers. Neurodiverse students are encouraged to apply. Deadline to apply is December 1, 2022. No GRE necessary.
