Elise Settanni is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a focus on neurodiversity affirming behavior analysis. She has experience spanning clinical, school, home, and community based services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has provided these supports as both a teacher and behavior analyst. Her research interests focus on developing interventions to reduce autism stigma and create a culture of inclusion in school settings. She has co-authored papers on topics related to autism stigma, sibling-mediated interventions, engagement and achievement in early childhood, and parent stress in journals such as Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, School Mental Health, Review Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, and Topics in Early Childhood Special Education.
