Mr. Joseph E. Zacher
Mr. Joseph Zacher serves as an Instructional Technologist at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he supports faculty in best teaching and learning practices and pedagogy. Additionally, Joe serves as an adjunct professor for Lehigh’s Teaching and Learning with Technology and College of Education graduate and doctoral programs. Prior to working in higher education, Joe worked as a high school educator and was awarded the PAFCS teacher of the year for the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Zacher’s research interests and areas of expertise include modern technologies in teaching and learning, leveraging hybrid and online learning opportunities, instructional design, user experience design, instructional technology, global & cultural education, international teaching experiences, family and consumer sciences education, and school reform.
