Lehigh University prof to Saucon Valley School Board: Full-day kindergarten a plus

Assistant professor Brook Sawyer, of Lehigh's College of Education, told the school board how such an initiative could lower high school dropout rates, improve students' reading and writing and reduce the need for special education.
