Overview
The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Online Global Program is designed for educators working in international schools across the globe. The recently redesigned program includes 10 courses now offered entirely online to better suit the needs of international educators. Join the next cohort of aspiring leaders this fall.
The course content and skills acquisition in the global Educational Leadership program are designed to balance the latest research in Educational Leadership with practical relevant experiences for future and current school leaders. Courses are intentionally designed for you to apply your current and past experiences to the theories you are learning to prepare you for effective leadership in international schools. You will also enhance your writing skills and research skills at the graduate level.
The masters degree is professionally focused and our alumni work as principals, school heads, school directors, superintendents, curriculum directors, teacher leaders, education consultants, and education policy advisors across the globe in international schools and in their home countries. The masters program can serve as preparation towards a principal certification or a doctoral degree.
Students start in the fall and complete the program in 16 months following the course sequence listed below. Courses are primarily online asynchronous and can be completed on your own time. Some courses include synchronous course meetings offered at a time reaching the widest number of students.
