Usable Knowledge for individuals, families, schools and communities

The Center for Promoting Research to Practice at Lehigh University has a mission to generate knowledge that will truly impact the lives of individuals with, or at risk for disabilities. The primary objective is to establish partnerships with schools, parents and families, and community service providers to enhance the use of best practices for individuals with, or at risk for disabilities.

The Center for Promoting Research to Practice (CPRP) is at the forefront of initiatives that yield best practices and discoveries related to the intellectual health and wellbeing of learners with disabilities.  The research-to-practice model focuses on conducting research that will have real-world, practical applications to make lives better.  Explore the links on the left side menu to see what we are working on currently, what best practices we have uncovered, and what previous completed research projects have yielded.
